Getting static/cutting in and out with corded USB headsets

Does your Customer have a loose USB port? Is it causing static or calls to cut in and out?

We recently had a Customer share with us an ingenious idea of using Velcro to attach their Quick Disconnect cord to their desk (See Picture). This helped to eliminate excessive movement that was causing calls to cut in and out.

If you have a Customer that is experiencing something similar, send them some Velcro!
