Green Light Flashing Rapidly During Resync or New Mic Resync

Yes, You Are DOOMED! (just kidding!)

This is most common with a new mic but can also happen during a normal resub/resync.

There are two fixes for this. First, make sure the handset lifter is unplugged before trying either sequence.

First: With the headset on the base:

- Push and hold the mute button until the green light goes steady.

- Let go.

- Push down the mute button again until the green light turns off.

- Let go.

- Unplug the power from the base for a few seconds and plug it back in.

Then go ahead and proceed with resub. If the green light starts going nuts again, repeat the steps above and then go with the resync. If the resync doesn’t work, try a resub again. If the resub is a no go, try new mic resync.

Second: With the headset on the base:

- Push and hold the mute button until the green light goes steady.

- Let go.

- Press and hold the volume buttons on the back of the base until the red light begins flashing.

- Let go.

- When the lights return to normal, perform a resync and try it out.

**Note: You may need to do this a few times.**
