Ahhh... well yes. Microsoft did a massive Windows 10 update and for some reason wireless headsets (especially Leitners and OfficeRunners) are disappearing from the Playback and Recording tabs in the Sound settings.
Here’s what you can try if this happens:
Unplug the power cable from the back of the headset charging base.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug the power cable back in.
Give the headset base a little bit to get power back into it, then check the Sounds section of the computer again.
Hopefully, the headset will now show up!
