How can I Troubleshoot my RHL 1000 if it's Stuck in the Lift Position?

Updated by on Mar 1, 2024

It may just need to be replaced. This is most likely a defective motor. It may occur straight out of the box, or after using for awhile.

Troubleshooting techniques:

1) Unplug and reconnect the lifter cord to the GN wireless system. Try turning the headset on and

off to test.

2) Adjust the lift level switch from “-” to “+” and test the headset.

If there are no changes after trying these simple steps, then replace the lifter.
