Jabra Engage Stopped Working with Cell Phone

Note: We don't carry this headset, so we don't have much information outside of this article. Hopefully this gets you what you need!

If your Jabra Engage headset is not pairing with your cell phone, here's what you can try:

Forget and re-pair device:

• Go into the Bluetooth settings of the cell phone and remove it from the paired list. May say something like "unpair" or "forget this device"
• Press menu button on the base underneath the screen until it says "Mobile device"
• Scroll to the right using the '+' button until "Delete pairing" is centered on screen, then hit the checkmark. Then select "yes" with the checkmark
• You can then use the soft buttons on the base to re-pair headset with cell phone

Time for a new headset? Many Jabra uses have switched to the Leitner LH670!
