If you can't get your battery lights to work, here are a few articles for you to check out!

Reset options

Leitner Wireless Headset Unplugged Reset (LH200/300 series)

  • Puffy battery that can be removed – replace the battery
  • Puffy battery that CANNOT be removed – replace the mic
  • Non-puffy battery, move to the next step

Reseat the battery: Whenever we put a battery into the headset, the headset itself should flash after about 5 seconds to show that we put it in correctly.

  • Hold it in and watch the light to ensure it establishes a connection
  • Put the battery door back on, watching the light to ensure it establishes a connection
  • If none of the above work, we need to get that mic replaced
