Have a Customer who has gone through all the ORL12 ring detection troubleshooting and it still isn’t working? Are they still getting phantom chimes or no chimes? Do they have a Vodavi phone? Try this!

• Have them change their ring tone setting in her phone from 26 to 00. ( The phone does not give you the options of choosing classic or etc..)
• Now test for phantom chimes and/or proper ring detection. This may work to solve them!
