CS50 or CS55 Mic Resync Not Working

Note: Please check underneath the battery of your headset's mic. If you have a headset base that says CS50 and the mic has CS55 printed under the battery (or vice versa) they won't sync up no matter what you try! Both of these Plantronics models are also discontinued!

  1. The old CS50 or CS55 will need to be disabled by taking the battery out of it. Then try another NEW MIC RESYNC
  2. If this still doesn't work, then unplug the power cable from the base. Wait 1-1.5 hours, then plug the power cable back in. Try the NEW MIC RESYNC linked above again. This typically works like a charm!

Time for a new headset? Many Plantronics users have switched to the Leitner LH570!
