Pairing new CS70N mic (or CS351, CS361) to old base, but red light won't flash

1) Make sure the green light on top of the base is off (old mic may still be connected which will impair the process). If the green light is on, press the talk button on the old mic to turn it off.

2) Try holding the minus button on the base for 5 seconds or until the red light flashes (this will turn off “multi-shift pairing” and reset the base).

3) Try holding down the plus button on the base for 5 seconds or until the red light flashes to begin the “multi-shift pairing” (New Mic Resync) process again.
