Plantronics Savi Wireless Headset: Meaning Of Lights

Mode Buttons

These buttons are located at the very top of the headset base. from right to left: computer, cell phone, and desk phone mode.


Orange light: Initiating a connection. If the light never changes from this color, then no connection could be established


Green light: Connection is established and active


Red (flashing) light: Stand by connection -- You may freely flip between modes on the Savi, and it will place the other call on standby (please note, this is not hold, your caller will hear silence)

Bluetooth Pairing button Connection status

Flashing red/blue: Plantronics Savi in pairing mode

Flashing blue: Attempting to connect to Bluetooth device (Bluetooth Pairing)

Solid blue: Currently connected to a Bluetooth device

Base Subscription Light Base Status

Flashing green/red: Primary headset subscription mode activated

Solid green: Primary Plantronics headset is subscribed to the base

Solid yellow: Active conference call with guest headsets (for training)

Solid red: No headset is subscribed to the base

Charging light Charging status

Flashing green: Plantronics Savi headset is charging

Solid green: Plantronics Savi headset is fully charged
