Plantronics Vista Buzzing

Note: We no longer carry the Plantronis Vista amplifier, it has been discontinued!

To Help With Buzzing:

• Go to the slide compat switch settings on the left hand side of the Plantronics Vista M10/M12/M22
  • In most cases it should be set to 5 but you can also try 6.
• Next check the cords going to the headset and going to the phone
  • See if more or less static happens when you move these cords
  • Try swapping these cords out to see if this solves the buzz
• If this doesn't work, try changing the batteries in the amp or, if using a power cord, moving to another power outlet
• If none of these help the situation, the problem could be environmental from electrical devices in your area. It could also be a compatibility issue with your telephone. Try using an RF filter! That can help.
