That’s when our Customers have said they have the time to work on their headsets, let’s help them out by abiding by the times set. J
When entering a note with the scheduled time in the ticket please use the following format:
SCHED DATE TIME CST/TIME PST
Example: SCHED 5/29 9 CST/7 PST
mon = blue
tues = pink
wed = green
thurs = orange
fri = purple
