Sennheiser Electronic Hookswitch for Cisco 7900 Series Phones (CAT #1785):

- Connect green and pink cord into PHONE and ACC port of cube

- Connect the other end in both the Headset and Aux ports of Cisco

- Compat on A & Move dipswitch #1 down

Sennheiser Electronic Hookswitch for Cisco 8900 & 9900 Series Phones CAT #2121):

- Connect green cord into PHONE port in cube

- Connect the other end in the USB port in Cisco

- Compat on A & Move dipswitch #1 down

Sennheiser Electronic Hookswitch for Cisco SPA Series Phones (CAT #2216):

- Connect green and pink cord into PHONE and ACC port of cube

- Connects into Headset port (2.5mm) of Cisco

- Compat on A & Move dipswitch #1 down

Sennheiser Electronic Hookswitch for Cisco 8941 and 8945 Phones CAT #2408)

- Connect green and pink cord into PHONE and ACC port of cube

- Connects to the headsets jack of Cisco

- Compat on A & Move dipswitch #1 down

These settings may only work for the 7900 series EHS (CAT #1785)

A. On the phone, you can verify that the feature is enabled:

1) Settings button

2) scroll to Device Configuration

3) scroll to Media Configuration,

4) Verify that the Headset Hook Switch Control setting displays Enabled.

NOTE: If it is disabled and you cannot change it, then you should contact your phone service provider or I.T. for assistance.
