Sennheiser Wireless Dimple Reset

We do a dimple reset when we've done multiple resets and are still having connectivity issues with the headset.

Things to try before doing a dimple reset

1. Check basics (phone make & model, compat, connections)
2. Dip Switch Reset
3. Manual pair
4. Manual disconnect/reconnect

How to do a dimple reset:

1. Place the headset on the base
2. Press and immediately release the dimple button on the back of the cube (do NOT press and hold):
   

   

3. If you see the far left battery light flashing, the reset worked! Proceed to step 5
4. If you don't see the far left battery light flashing, try steps 1 and 2 above a couple more times
5. Once the reset is complete, charge the headset for 1 hour
6. After the headset has charged for an hour, remove the power for 10 seconds, then reconnect
7. The headset should be working - give it a test!
