Softphone not ending the call when hitting the power button


If you have a Customer with EPOS Connect installed and on the latest firmware version and a line still wont close on their softphone try this....

Disconnect power and USB. Leave unplugged for a minute (make sure its is one minute)

Hold dimple button while plugging the power back into the base.


**Please note this is only for softphones that have remote answering with Sennheiser**
