Help help! My Dragon keeps freezing!
Here are some tips from Nuance to help you out!
1) In Dragon, go to Profile then select Restore. If the you have backed up your profile, this will restore it to an earlier version of that profile, which may get rid of the problem.
2) If that doesn’t work, or you can’t get that far into Dragon, try this:
For Windows: hit the Start button on the bottom left corner of your screen and select All Programs then...
For Mac: hit COMMAND+F and then type in “Nuance” then...
For both: Select Nuance, then select Dragon Naturally Speaking. Go to Users then delete the folder for the profile that is causing the trouble. You can ALWAYS make new profiles in Dragon!
