During the beginning of the pandemic, in order to get enough headsets out to the populace, we purchased a bunch of other IPN headsets that are similar to the LH240/245 headsets. They use the same USB QD cord (shown below) and have the same troubleshooting steps, they just don't look exactly the same. They are only available on Amazon and come with the Leitner USB QD cord. They can probably also use Leitner telephone QD cords as well.
They can be found on Amazon and in the Product page of FileMaker. They have a 1 year warranty, NOT 5 YEARS.
If you do need to replace one, they can be found under the "R" category in the return screen, pictures below.
