1. Check basic set up (comapt, connections etc)

2. Adjust microphone volume (anything too high causes an echo). Fine tune volumes

The next thing to check is the Headset Echo Cancellation.

GO TO THE POLYCOM PHONE MENU AND:

CHOOSE OPTION 3 (SETTINGS)

CHOOSE OPTION 1 (BASIC)

CHOOSE OPTION 1 (PREFERENCES)

CHOOSE OPTION 3 (HEADSET)

- Under Headset, select Echo Cancellation

- select “enable”

When you test the headset now, there should no longer be any echo. If it persists, send it on over to PS for a Callback. :)
