I've had to replace the headset 3 times over the past several years. If the expectation is the headset lasts for a year or less, then it's a great headset. For the price, I expect a longer life.

straightening out my neck -- love it!

I will never go back to using anything else. I can hear very well and keep my neck straight. It's comfortable and even though I needed a little bit of help to get it set up on my phone system, the customer service support were very helpful. Thank you.

Great Headset

I purchased this headset to replace one I had had for several years. The noice cancelling feature is amazing. It is very comfortable and well worth the money.
