Connector Cord for OfficeRunner from Sennheiser

Thank you for sending me out the phone cord at no charge. I plugged it in and my sennheiser headphone from 2013 is still working! Really good service. Funny story, I mistyped headsets.com and typed in headset.com. The website looked different but I thought the webpage got changed. When the person answered I knew right away this couldn't be the company I dealt with before. She had little energy in her voice, and I barely could understand what she was saying. I had a funny feeling. As I was on hold I thought this couldn't be the company I worked with before and hung up the phone. Looked up my receipt and realized I typed in the wrong url. Phew.

Matt was highly responsive and promptly sent out exactly what I needed. I was very impressed with the service I received.
