We are very pleased with the product. Incoming calls are so clear, the caller is not aware that I am on a headset! Installation was easy and the video links provided regarding hooking up to the phone system were very helpful.

I am using a VVX 500 Polycom phone. The hook switch plugs right into the back of the phone. Worked great right from the start. I really like taking control of the phone through the headset. I am not a fan of touch screen controls on the desk phone. It is much less restricting, allowing me to get out of the chair while I talk, or grab something I need for the phone conversation, without having to put someone on hold. The noise cancelling feature is outstanding. Background noise in a call center only detracts from the conversation you are trying to have. Has an outstanding range as well. I highly recommend this headset for Polycom phones.
