Resetting your Leitner OfficeAlly LH280/LH380 Headset

  1. Take your headset off the base and remove the power cord from your base
  2. Remove the battery from your headset for 30 seconds, then slide the battery back in
  3. Plug the power cord back in and hold down the telephone mode button on your charging base until it starts to flash
  4. Now hold down the mute button on your headset until the headset starts to flash as well
  5. After a few moments, your headset and charging base will stop flashing. Put your headset back in the charging base and you should see the battery lights on your base light up once again
