“I had an issue with the volume on the original headset I ordered and Jena Estoque helped me out immediately and recommended the OfficeRunner Wireless headset. She swore by it and I have had zero issues with it so far. She suggested the headset lifter and after taking care of some billing updates with Jeff Martin (who was a tremendous help) we ended up placing an order for the handset lifter. Once it arrived I called and spoke with a Dan (was unable to catch the last name) to help me set it up properly. He did an outstanding job making sure everything was set before he let me off the line. I had an outstanding experience with all 3 of these employees and I am very pleased with both products that I have received.”
