“Your company truly offers exceptional Customer service. Whenever I have had an issue you are patient with me and help me to resolve the problem quickly every time. Like today, I had Susie help assist me with a reset on my Plantronics CS50 because it had weird feedback and she was able to resolve my issues in minutes. I also asked her what brand of double sided tape your company would recommend to replace the worn out bit on my lifter and she offered to send me some at no charge. I know it's a small gesture but it means a lot to me as a small business owner. But nothing STILL will ever top the time you guys sent me an entire box of tootsie rolls just because I told one of your employees I wished they would included more in the box the last time I placed an order for a headset. I was just being cheeky when I said that. And to my surprise when an entire box arrived, I was again touched by your generosity and kindness. Which I was able to share with my employees and the other volunteers at the SPCA here in Richmond where I volunteer. Thanks for you help as always!”
