My Plantronics 400 DSP is fantastic and does all the things I need a headset to do. Headsets.com is a fantastic company to order from because they have knowledgeable and helpful customer service staff. I have recommended Headsets.com to all of my friends. My only regret is that they only sell headsets - wish they sold other electronics.

The worst mike I ever used . I need one for movie voice over / narration. Latency was wild and the imovie / garageband experience amounted to no control over input / output. Returned it. My computer and drivers are all up to date.

I've TWICE had the USB adapter come apart. The first time I bought a whole new heaset, because Plantronics will not even talk to me about replacing it, because I bought it through Nuance with their software; Nuance won't talk to me because it's hardware, not software. Now the *2nd* USB adapter has come apart.

Plantronics has cheapened this model. I bought this originally 7 years ago and that was sturdy and lasted 5 years. I purchased the new model which now folds and when it arrived I noticed it was much more flimsy than the original. I lost sound in one side about 9 months later, got a replacement and the same thing happened 6 months later. The headset is taken very good care of and used on a desk yet in less than 1.5 years 2 of them have both had the same problem of a wire becoming loose. If you use this occasionally, it's likely good but for daily use, stay away.. $100 for junk.

I work from home and use this headset all day. I usually go through about 1 every 1-1.5 years but it's to be expected with hours of use everyday. The sound quality is great and I have always found it very comfortable. Doesn't pinch after 8 hours or anything.

This was a warranty replacement as the old one died on one side after 8 months. However, despite that issue, I love the headset, for comfort, portability and sound quality of both input and output. I also love your service. Thanks very much

It needs some padding on the head, kinda uncomfortable after a few hours of wearing. Noise-canceling feature does not work as well as my Plantronics game con 1 which I am replacing due to lost of audio.
