There is a delay. I'm not sure yet how to resolve that. There is buzzing for the listener if the base is plugged into a power strip. This is resolved by direct outlet plug-in. I have not used this yet much so all I can say thus far is the product appears great if the delay goes away. The range is indeed 200 feet, if not more! The quality from the user's end is fabulous. The setup was quick and easy. I recommend to any buyer they read the troubleshooting FAQs first...to avoid plugging the base into a surge.

Finally! A wireless headset for the PC. My associates and I have been looking for this ever since we switched to a VoIP phone system last year.
We use lots of Plantronics in our offices and I knew the brand to be good even before coming across this set. I have to give them credit, they really made an incredible set. I use this gadget to make calls from my laptop. Plugs into the USB port. Feels good and the sound is superb. I give it a very high recommendation. Walter Bingham

The 300ft range doesn't sound that far, but I can take calls anywhere in our small office building (on three floors), plus in the coffee shop next door! Being able to work hands free and without any wires at all is a great help to my productivity.
