Plantronics HL 1

There is a plastic piece that holds the metal arm of the phone lift. This piece lasts only about a year because the plastic breaks. This piece should be metal like the arm.

HL 1 Lifter

Product is somewhat inconsistent with the height it raises the phone on consecutive lifts. May be a power problem at the school.Your people at the company have been absolutely wonderful and should be highly commended for their professionalism and friendliness. I appreciate them.
