Although I paid far more than I paid at Circuit City by about $25, this headset, which was advertised as having a mike volume control and did not, proved to be identical to the one I already had, except it did include a USB adapter for internet phone that I do not need. I was hoping for something better but I guess paying more does not guarantee it.
I haven't used it a lot for work yet but I tried it on my cellphone when I first received it and it was comfortable on my head,very lightweight,the sound was loud and clear and the mute worked great.I like that it has adjustable lengths for wearing over your head.I haven't tried the built in noise cancellation on anything loud yet but most people from my cellphone couldn't hear a lot of background noise.I've already been telling my friends about the headset and how nice and professional headsets.com is. My product came so fast and packaged so neat.

I am very pleased with the headset. I ordered this one because have had a Plantronics headset in the past. One small problem is that I am a big man I have a big head and the head piece is a bit too small for me as I prefer the mic to be closer to my mouth so I must pull it down and twist the mic closer. If I position it normally a lot of callers state that they can't hear me or that I sound too far away or they ask me to "speak up." Nevertheless I am very happy with Plantronics products an I will purchase more in the future.

I am very satisfied with my headset and I am amazed at the customer service that supported this purchase. My order was over the internet but the service center called to make sure what I ordered would actually meet my needs. I had problems getting it to work with my computer but customer service walked me through the steps to set it up correctly. Like I said amazing service!

This is a fairly average headset, not that comfortable, light weight cord, sound quality is average and the mic quality is average. I got a Phillips from Wal-mart and it is just as good.

I have liked the headset up to this point. I have used it for several days and it seems to work well. I haven't talked much online with it so I do not know the quality of the sound on the other end. I didn't shop around except online but was a bit surprised at the quality of the materials considering the cost of the set. I feel that the quality is a bit low for the cost, but then again as I said I didn't shop except online and it is difficult to compare.

Not a good replacement for my old ear piece

My old corded cell phone headset got worn out from the heat of the car. I called over the weekend and left a voice mail to get a return call. Someone called Monday morning and I placed my order (nice service). I asked for the same headset but it was no longer available. I ordered the recommended replacement but was surprised to see an old style headset type that arrived for $60+. I just went back 2-3 years in time technology wise for a steep price in my opinion.
