I love this headset. I have used a Plantronics in the ear corded headset for 10 years and I loved it. I was concerned about going to a headset that did not have an earpiece that went into my ear. This headset has better sound than the corded handset on my phone. No one knows I am on a headset. The range is incredible. The headset pays for itself because I can walk all around the office while I am on the phone. So my productivity is greatly increased. I am no longer chained to my desk during a long call. I love it.

The best thing about this headset is the range. I can go much further than my previous headset. The sound quality is also excellent and I can use it all day without needing to recharge it between calls. This is definitely the best wireless headset I've ever used. I would highly recommend it.

I was fine with my previous headset for the most part and when the office needed to order more and got the new DW Office I wanted to try it out. I am glad I did. When first putting it on in the morning and for most of the day i can hardly feel its even there. I do love the long battery life and I can move around the entire office with ease knowing i will have good sound quality every where. I do have to say 1 thing with using the fitted ear loop I find that after about 7 hours or so of wearing it the area around the loop on my ear does start to hurt. Other then that great product i would buy more of and love using it.
