Tremendous headset - and the answer for which I have been searching forever. I use this with my AT&T Bluetooth Desk phone and it works great. I can hear the other party perfectly. It has dropped the bluetooth connection a few times but that is the nature of Bluetooth. Many thanks to the representative at Headsets.com who researched which headset would work best with my particular phone.

I don't normally do reviews, but I just want to say that I love this product. I use it with my iPhone which is my primary work phone at this point. People hear me clearly and I can hear them. I often play pandora and then switching to a call is simple. I have the charger stand also. When I leave my desk and don't want to use the the headset, I just place it on the stand and it disconnects. When I pick it up again it is instantly reconnected. It's not that it does anything special, but that it does what it supposed to do simply, easily, and consistently. A very nice product .

So far they have been easy to connect, use, charge and best of all, people on the other end say they can hear me just fine. That what I wanted to hear. The sales person I talked to was fantastic. Headets sent the headphones quickly. I haven't had to call customer service because they are working! Yea.
