Leitner Wireless Headsets and 3CX Softphone: Enabling Call Control

Use these instructions to enable your Leitner headset to answer your 3CX calls simply by using your Leitner's on/off button. If you have any questions, our friendly support team is here to help at 1-800-HEADSETS (432-3738)

 

To configure call control with 3CX, first, ensure your Leitner Headset is connected to your computer via the included USB cable or USB dongle. Then, follow these steps:

1. Login to the "3CX Web Client"

2. Go to "Settings" then to "Audio/Video"

3. Make sure your Leitner Headset is listed as both "Speaker and Microphone" under "Audio/Video"

4. Under "Headset Integration" select "Universal Headset Driver (WebHID - 3rd Part Supported") from the dropdown menu

5. Press the "Connect Headset" button

6. A notification window will request access to connect to your HID device. Select your Leitner headset and press "Connect"

 

You should now be able to answer and end 3CX calls by pressing the on/off button on your headset!
