Set up your handset lifter

  1. Take the cord with the purple sticker. Plug the purple end into your headset base (purple port). Plug the opposite end into your handset lifter
  2. Set the handset lifter on your phone in an optimal position for the lifter to raise up the handset. Hold it in position and test turning your headset on and off a few times to make sure it lifts the handset properly. If it's positioned correctly, proceed with the lifter tape.
  3. Flip the lifter over and remove all of the strips of plastic covering the tape. Place the lifter back in the same position.
  4. Now you can answer and end calls away from your phone.
